"Good evening, thank you for tuning in. This is Rex Knight, here with the latest in tonight's news."
The screen cuts to a picture of Konig military surrounding a roped off research facility on the surface of Kaikura.
"A follow up to the latest in Kaikura, Konig United is under investigation for an alleged military breach involving the exposure of many top secret files and documents. The primary concern? TKU's connection to the Kresak forces."
The screen cuts to stock footage of scientists recorded inside of TMR, milling about.
"These exposed documents allegedly prove a link from TKU to unethical research and testing performed on live Kresak soldiers over the course of the past ten years -- primarially based inside of TKU's famous Technical Military Resources, or TMR, brach."
"Military personnel on site declined to comment."
Cut to footage recorded earlier of blocked off streets on Kaikura, with masses of reporters and civilians trying to press through police baracades.
"There has been no official addressing of this issue since we first brought the story to you last night. All TKU represenatives have declined to comment. This issue has brought about intense civil unrest among anti-war efforts, while others have actually been supportive of the discovery."
The screen cuts to a rather middle-class looking male furre, baseball cap on his head and a thick jacket set over a t-shirt -- presumably a thirty-something father.
"The Kresak aren't doing anybody any good. Frankly, I don't see why everyone has their panties in a bunch.. the days of war crime treaties and conventions are long past, and I can't imagine some of the things they've done to our own. War is war. If science allows us to learn more about our enemy if kept alive, then so be it."
The screen cuts this time to an aristocratic female, around mid-fourties, a cup of coffee in her paw, taking a sip before she speaks.
"My views? I think I can speak for speak for everyone when I say that this is atrocious. If we are disecting and tormenting any sort of living creature for the purpose of warfare then we are no better than they are. Simply outrageous."
Cut screen back to the studio.
"We will continue to bring you the latest updates as they arise."
