Name: Jet Oratorio
Race: Canine; Jackal
Age: 23
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 150 lbs.
Career: "Media Relations;" Reporter/Anchorman
Affiliation: The Press Union
Physical Description: Tall, lanky, but still a bit imposing; a cigarette almost always in the furre's maw, sly grin over maw -- the rookie seemed all too proud of his newfound fame wherever he traveled. Terribly charismatic; vibrant, annoyingly bright orange headfur was mussed atop his head, dressed in a thick hoodie and oversized cargo pants no matter what the weather. A belt is set about his waist beneath that hoodie, housing everything from a horribly unreliable 1911 that he just can't bear to toss to a PDA, several reels of wire and various patch cables. More often than not, canine has a black nylon guitar case slung over shoulder in addition to the various gear he carries, various patches sewn onto it -- music related and otherwise, just to fill space.

Background Information: A rowdy teenage punk turned.. rowdy newsreporter punk. Born and raised on the streets, this canine was clearly the kid that was allowed to play all those violent video-games and watch all those awful movies. With young parents that never had time for him, the canine had to learn how to do damn near everything himself, including enroll himself in schooling, though was suspended after a few years for his anti-establishment attitude and involvement in drug abuse. The canine, eventually, was left with no other choice but to join the armed forces, where he served a four-year term doing one of the only jobs the lanky canine was suited for: working with the media and radiotransmissions units to help recruit other 'soliders' like himself. Over this four-year span the canine acquired plenty of basic military knowledge and learned the in's-and-out's of the media. Upon release, the canine decided he would use his talents and knowledge of the streets to form and produce an underground news network that would later become the base of the Press Union, thanks to the aide of an aging but incredibly talented reporter from before the city was thrown into ruins. He began to regularly air a broadcast to the people of Kaikura. Jethro "Jet" Oratorio soon become a popular figure among the gangs, along with his radioshow, now a crucial element in keeping up with the changing times of the city.

-Various small reels of 14g wire
-PDA (useful for tapping into radio networks and various technological deviancy)
-Pocket folder knife
-Various patch cables
